For our guests visiting our Mellow Art Market events!

  • Yes, our events are all ticketed that require registration, irregardless if the event is paid or free.

    Please ensure you line up at the correct time. The time is when lining up begins.

  • You can take as long as you like to enjoy the market, although please ensure to enter at the allocated time on your ticket.

  • If you cannot make it to your time period and want to come at the next slot, you will have to wait until all ticket holders of the time-slot go in first before you can go in. Please note that wait times will vary.

    If you are coming later than your allocated time slot, you won’t have priority to enter the market. This market will get busy, so we can’t make any exceptions. You will be treated as a walk-in with a wait time.

  • We allow walk-ins, however do expect at least 2 hours of wait time. We are prioritising registered tickets.

  • Our refund policy is that refund requests are available up to 7 days prior to the event.

    You can find the refund policy on the ticketing platform where you purchased your ticket.

  • We always recommend to come to our annual September event. It is our largest market with a large variety of local, interstate and overseas artists. Our other markets and events are cosier scattered throughout the year.

BEFORE YOU COME

  • If you need any help from staff, don’t hesitate to find someone with a “Need Help” sticker for assistance or head to our Info desk!

  • Stallholders mainly accept card payments so be ready! Keep in mind, we have some international stallholders that require cash only. Confirm with the stallholder you plan to visit to be extra prepared.

  • If you have bought a ticket and wish to come back, we recommend coming to line up again in the walk-in queue at the last time slot for final entry. Again, re-entry is only allowed after all ticket holders are in first.

  • We do not recommend eating inside the market hall.

  • We understand and we try our best to accommodate everyone who requires accessibility for the event.

    We are able to accommodate by allowing less wait time for line up, just speak to a staff member. Elevators are available, and we will also provide quiet rest spaces to sit as well.

  • We have a media team that takes place at all Mellow Art Market events. All events will include signage which notifies visitors that photography or filming will be taking place. If you wish to not be photographed, please let the media team know!
